Evaporative condensing screw chiller unit, which places the heat exchanger components of the water condenser in the cooling tower for direct heat dissipation, combines the two devices into one, eliminates the need for a cooling water pump to transfer from the condenser to the cooling tower, and has a circulating water volume of 50-70% of the traditional method, with a condensation temperature 3-11 ℃ lower than the traditional cooling method, thereby saving 25-40% of energy consumption; Greatly reducing equipment volume, the overall prefabricated structure makes installation and maintenance very convenient, and can also be installed in basements, effectively eliminating noise pollution and beautifying the appearance of buildings

1. Energy saving: Due to the fact that the condensation temperature of the evaporative condenser varies with the wet bulb temperature, the wet bulb temperature is generally 6-8 ℃ lower than the dry bulb temperature. This means that in the same environment, using an evaporative condenser can reduce the condensation temperature of the condensation system by 6-8 ℃. Compared with water-cooled condensers with cooling towers, because it directly discharges heat to the ambient air at once, it can save more than 20% of energy for the system and compressor.

2. Low operating costs, long lifespan: Low maintenance costs. All components of the evaporative condenser are made of hot-dip galvanized stainless steel or galvanized steel pipes, which have a long operating time and low maintenance costs.

3. Water saving: 1kg of cooling water in a water-cooled condenser can take away 4.6-6.9w of heat, while 1kg of water can evaporate at normal pressure and take away 676w of heat. Therefore, the theoretical water consumption of an evaporative condenser is only 1% of that of a general water-cooled condenser. In fact, due to blowing losses, sewage water exchange, etc., the water consumption is 5% -10% of that of a general water-cooled condenser, making it particularly suitable for water scarce areas.

Evaporative condenser uses the spray water outside the coil to absorb the heat of high-temperature gaseous refrigerant inside the coil during evaporation, gradually cooling the refrigerant inside the tube from gaseous to liquid.

Evaporative condenser is composed of cooling pipe group, packing, sprinkler, axial flow fan, water collection tank, water pump, water collector, box and other components.

Operating principle of evaporative condenser

The spray water is transported by a water pump from the collection tank to the spray pipe at the top of the evaporative condenser, and sprayed onto the outer surface of the condenser discharge pipe through a nozzle to form a thin water film. Some of the water in the water film absorbs heat and evaporates into steam, while the rest falls into the collection tank and is circulated by the water supply pump.

Axial flow fans force air to be drawn in from the top and bottom of the side walls through the coil, while the packing and saturated hot and humid air are discharged into the surrounding atmosphere. Some of the water droplets carried in the hot and humid air are intercepted by a water collector, effectively controlling the dispersion loss of water droplets. The water vapor in the atmosphere caused by dispersion is replenished with cooling water in the system controlled by a float valve.

Product features of evaporative condenser:

1. The condensing coil adopts ultra long specially designed steel pipes, which have undergone strict testing under a pressure of 2.5MPa in water, and are hot-dip galvanized at a high temperature of nearly 430 ℃ as a whole.

2. The box body is made of imported or domestically produced high-quality galvanized sheet metal, and electrostatic spraying technology can be used. The water collection tank can be made of stainless steel plate.

3. The fan is selected as a dedicated high-efficiency, low-noise axial flow fan, which has a high range and prevents hot air from flowing back.

4. The water pump is designed for outdoor use with low power, high flow, and low head, and can be equipped with a descaling device according to customer requirements.

5. Water distribution, high-efficiency water collector and cooling filler adopt large flow and anti clogging nozzles, accurately calculate continuous and uniform coverage, eliminate water film "dry spots" on the pipe wall, made of high-quality PVC material, anti-aging, wind resistance small channel shaped water absorbers, so that the water floating rate is controlled below 0.001%, and the cooling filler is of honeycomb cross flow structure, suitable for circulating water cooling

6. The low flow cooling circulating water evaporates in the condenser coil, and the ammonia gas condenses into liquid in the condenser coil, hence it is called an evaporative condenser. High intensity evaporation makes evaporative condensers more prone to scaling than other types of condensers, and there is currently no ideal method for scaling. A severely scaled evaporative condenser loses its energy-saving advantage. High quality cooling water is suitable, and selection should be cautious!.

Technical characteristics of evaporative condenser

1. Adopting the design of induced draft counterflow and primary heat exchange, the heat transfer relies entirely on the surface of the coil group. Air enters from around the lower part of the evaporative condenser at low speed and is discharged from the upper part of the evaporative condenser at high speed, minimizing the reflux of hot and humid saturated air.

2. The advanced large water spray device can spray water to the maximum extent possible to accommodate the pipe wall, improve the heat transfer coefficient. The device has an advanced structure and no blockage, reducing surface scaling and improving equipment efficiency.

3. The casing of the evaporative condensing screw chiller unit is made of imported or domestically produced high-quality super galvanized steel plate with optional electrostatic spraying process. The water collection tank can be made of 304 stainless steel plate.
